Last Wednesday saw the launch of our first ever ALPHA course here in Nitra. We had a great first Welcome Dinner at the Media Cafe Restaurant with 15 people present. This Wednesday we will start the actual course with the first video, “Who is Jesus?”
Because this is new, we weren’t sure how people, including our leaders, would like the course. The overall feedback though was incredibly positive and we see how this ALPHA is going to be a great time or preparation for a larger launch in September. We would also like to start the ALPHA Marriage Course in September as we are already seeing a need for marriage enrichment in our city.
Please continue to pray for ALPHA and if you are interesting in helping us expand the ALPHA course and recognition in Nitra you can give through the PAOC (www.paoc.org/SheldonArmitage). We believe that those who attend this current course are going to either be introduce to Jesus for the first time or they will expand in their knowledge of Jesus.
